Are tickets refundable?+

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable. You can assign your seat to another approved owner or operator up to 14 days before the retreat — just let the team know so we can update the guest list and logistics.

Can I pay in installments?+

Yes. Suite and day-access reservations can be split into a deposit followed by scheduled payments leading up to the retreat. Call the team at (407) 705-3383 to arrange a payment plan that fits your cash flow.

What's included in the suite rate?+

The Private Suite rate covers one guest for all three nights — your own suite with an en-suite bathroom and full kitchenette, every theater session, all meals and drinks, happy hour, after-hours mastermind access, and full estate amenities. Additional guests in your suite are $1,000 per person.

Do I need to stay overnight to attend?+

No. Executive Day Access gives you the full daytime program, meals, and networking without lodging. Lounge Access Pass gets you into the estate with live-streamed sessions from the lounge. Both are built for owners who prefer a nearby hotel.

Is the retreat really invite-only?+

Yes. Every attendee is reviewed to keep the room full of operators, owners, and growth-minded leaders who actually run moving companies. Buying a ticket confirms your seat once the team verifies fit — you'll hear back within one business day.

What happens if suites sell out?+

Private suites are capped at 13. When they sell out, you can join the waitlist and grab the first suite that opens, or reserve Executive Day Access to stay in the room at a nearby hotel. Day access is capped at 40 seats.
